Facilitating conversations about God in a cafe, question and answer based discussions touch on topics like consumerism, environmentalism, fear, shame, and anxiety. Cafe Church looks to immerse itself into the life and heart beat of downtown Kingston, and does so through it's fully functional cafe, and using its space to host local groups. They strive to be a community that changes based on the needs and rhythms of its participants, sharing together in practices like prayer and fasting without becoming unbending. It is a church for people uncomfortable in traditional churches.
