The statistics show that those who have decided they are done with the church are an increasing group in the Canadian population. Yet, there is still little research on the personal experience of those who have made a decision to leave their church.

Join us in the Learning Centre as Bernard Tam brings a video clip from a New Leaf Learning Party, where his friend, Helen Mo, shared from her PhD research about the experience of those who leave church. Whether Canadians leave for another church or leave without a plan, the personal experience of those who leave church can give us insight into how we can all journey with those in our lives who identify as “done”.
