We are so glad that you’ve clicked on the registration page for Transformational Coaching! Over 300 business and church leaders have experienced the Transformational Coaching training over the last few years.
What to expect?
Each week during the online training sessions you can expect to invest an average of 5 hrs per week in developing this skill. This breaks down to 2 hours for the online training, approximately 1.5 hours completing the required readings, and 1.5 hours engaging with your peer coaching partner via Zoom or video chat.
To maximize your learning and the learning of others in the learning community it will be important for you to schedule the needed time each week to do the work.
It is vital that you come prepared to fully invest the time for your sake, the sake of others in the cohort, and ultimately the sake of the changed lives that result from the investments you will make. Please do not invest in this experience if you cannot properly invest the time.

Week 1 (February 8) – Course Overview and TC Posture #1
Week 2 (February 15) – Coaching Approach Overview and TC Posture #2
Week 3 (February 22) – Full Coaching Demonstration followed by the Connect teaching & TC Posture #3
Week 4 (March 1) – Outcome Phase and TC Posture #4
Week 5 (March 8) – Awareness and TC Posture #5
Week 6 (March 15) – Course and TC Posture #6
Week 7 (March 22) – Highlight and TC Posture #7
Week 8 (March 27-31) - Each Participant Will Experience Two Three-hour Supervised Coaching Experience Triads.
Week 9 (April 5) – Follow Up and Affirmation Time
Cost: $600
Included in this price are:
Eight 2 hour online training sessions by a minimum of 2 professional trainers.
Six hours of coaching practice supervised by a trainer
Regular coaching demonstrations
Weekly peer coaching practice
Access to online coaching and spiritual formation resources
Weekly video recordings

Why are we doing this? We have seen that leaders who come with a team member to the training are more likely to implement coaching skills and a coaching culture into their organizations.
